Peak 200 Girls Lacrosse Camp

Frequently Asked Questions:

1. How do I know if my application was received?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail within a few weeks. Reminders will also be sent every few weeks via e-mail if anything is owed.

2. Can campers receive transportation to and from camp to the airport or train station?
The camp does not provide transportation. However, ground transportation can be arranged by contacting Valley Transport at 800-872 8752, or www.valleytransporter.com. If flying, Bradley International Airport in Hartford, Connecticut is close to Springfield College.

3. What are Peak 200 Optional Early Arrival and/or Late Departure?

The Peak 200 Lacrosse Camp opens on Tuesday July 17th and closes on Thursday July 19th. Most Players will arrive and depart on these dates via their own transporation; however, players who are traveling a long distance my pay for optional early arrivals and/or late departures, room and board.

4. Can campers pick their roomate for camp?
Yes, we will try to accommodate roommate requests.

5. What do campers need to bring to camp?
Equipment: Stick, eyeguards, mouth piece. GOALIES need helmet, throat and chest protector. Clothing: Plenty of athletic socks, shorts, t-shirts, sneakers, cleats, sweats, casual wear, a swim suit, towels, bedding or sleeping bag, pillow and sunscreen.

6. When are my forms and balance due?
Forms and balances are due prior to the beginning of camp.

7. Can we bring fans?
Yes, we recommend bringing one. The dormitories are not air conditioned.

8. Can we bring food and drinks?
Yes, but there are no refrigerators in the rooms. We also offer food and drinks at the camp store in addition to the option to order pizza and subs every night.

9. How do I check in if I am arriving late?
If you are going to be checking in late (after 2:00 on July 17th), please let us know prior to the beginning of camp. All late player check-ins will be registered at International Dormitory (High Rise) on the first floor.

10. Can campers drive to camp?
Yes, but all car keys must be turned over to camp staff at registration and will be returned at departure. For your safety and insurance reasons, you need to comply with this request.

11. What is your cancellation policy?

Full payment or a $200 deposit is due with registration
All deposits are Non-refundable

12. Are there any discounts available?
High school or club team discounts are available: contact Katie Hawke at 413-387-7141
